Our Double Shaft Shredder uses two counter-rotating shafts with interlocking blades that grip and tear rather than just cut, so it powers through loads other machines jam on.

The twin shafts run at low speed with high torque, which keeps noise and dust down while still delivering high throughput volume. This machine is built for pure volume reduction rather than a perfectly uniform output size — if you need consistent flake or granule size afterward, it pairs well with a secondary grinder.

An onboard control panel with overload protection lets your operators run it confidently without constant supervision, and the frame is built heavy enough to handle continuous industrial duty.
